The art of Thai boxing has become popular in recent years by newspapers, television, film, and competence throughout the world.
Contrary to its name, is not purely a martial art of Thailand . Like most martial arts, can trace its origins to China and has adapted over time to influence other countries and surrounding regions. With the introduction of Western boxing, techniques, and some of the rules were approved in the art of combat. The basis of the technique is simple - use of head, fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet. Known as the king of martial arts because of its effectiveness and impact as an art surprisingly brutal. In Bangkok boxing, Thai parties are usually held in Ratchadamnoen Stadium on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and Lumpini Stadium on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Today, the art practiced by men and women in the world of fitness, health and self defense. Professionals who want an environment of their traditions, they can also train in Thailand and some Thai boxing schools now serve foreigners.
